Payment Policy & Cash on Delivery
To maintain a secure and sustainable business environment, DailyLifely enforces specific payment rules.
We accept secure online payments (Credit/Debit Cards, Mobile Banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Cash on Delivery (COD) & Advance Payment Rule
When you select COD at checkout, you must pay the applicable shipping fee (via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) to our official merchant number. The remaining amount will be collected by the delivery personnel.
Your order is only confirmed once the delivery charge is received and verified.
If the parcel is dispatched and you refuse to accept delivery without a valid reason, the advance delivery charge is strictly non-refundable.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them with original packaging and tags.
Timeframe
You must initiate a return or exchange request within 3 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Process
For size exchanges, you will be responsible for shipping costs unless the error was ours.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only for damaged or defective goods where replacement is not available. Processing takes 7-10 working days.
